~Quick Prayer~


I actually don't have a whole lot of time before work to say all I wanted to say

SO! instead of having my mini venting session. I'd like to take a moment of silence for

those who have given their lives for what they believe in. & pray to God all our

soldiers come home safe & that there's a little less rain & horrible weather over there.

A better kinda life (:



Turns out i've been feeling sick/weak my whole life due to anemia which is a blood dissorder...and I do not have enough red cells/ so said my last 9 blood tests :p haaah! okay so since this is an immune defficiency..which i'm sure many people suffer from, this next blog is to keep up for wellness (: Tips and such how to beat feeling lame wether its anemia or just another Monday:





Step 1) Yoga


for me the best possible pose is Agnistambhasana helping to eliminate fatigue,backpain, sciatic nerve pain ,headaches and depression.This first Image is the position and you go back and forth between this and then sitting up and moving hands on the ground/palms down infront of you while exhaling.

Step 2) (yet most important) Water
I really never cared for it..and alot of people don't however the benefits outweight the lack of taste and lack of water leads to even worse energy problems. There is controversy that you should drink 8 glasses of water each day. well, everyone is different when it comes to size/amount. Ideally you want to cut your weight in half and convert that to how many ounces you should drink every day. (I need to drink 75 ounces everyday to stay in top shape)
Water has SO many benefits and a comon misconception I had was to not drink so much to not gain water weight..however drinking the right amount means pounds off!
BENEFITS:
regular sleep patterns
higher energy levels during the day
clearer skin
higher metab0lism

Step 3) avoiding bad sugars
basically you wanna avoid sugars genetically enhanced. SPLENDA IS WORST FOR YOU! natural sugar is fine in moderation however if you're looking for sugar that doesn't add the pounds quite as fast Stevia/Truvia is best.

Step 4) Regular excersize
the good news is that even with me having a slower metabolism, my ADD causes me to fidget constantly..being in constant movement help keep weight in check. No matter what mundane task I am doing..I MAKE SURE I am moving at the same time in some way. If I am studying or reading I walk at the same time. This will also promote higher energy levels. The main Idea for this one is finding a motivation and a force. My motivation is to be a healthy weight so I can keep up with my military boyfriend, my force is music (: Lady gaga/ 30h!3/ Basshunter and various techno&& metal songs have gotten me through ALOT! pretty soon i may be able to run without the want to curl up and die

getting started,

So, this is newly not so new to me...I used to blog RELIGIOUSLY. that's right I assumed the world cared what I needed to say.. jk jk actually just needed a venting session and it surprisingly helped a whole lot^^ I am as most people know a computer/anime NERD, so I have a myspace selling anime stuffs and keeping everyone updated. (fortheloveofanime) I also am working on writing songs (as well as poetry) and praciting singing them so one day I'll be remembered for more then that kid that wanted to be remembered. At times I had been a wallflower, but as of late I've decided to break lose and raise...ahem... So this being my "first blog" just thought I'd leave this as an intro until I have some things that are really cool to me to write (:
